काठमाण्डौ महानगरको स्मार्ट शौचालय योजना : भएका अव्यवस्थित, नयाँ व्यवस्थित हुनेमा के ग्यारेण्टी ?
काठमाण्डौ – काठमाण्डौ महानगरपालिकाले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७७/०७८ को नीति तथा कार्यक्रममा ६४ वटा स्मार्ट सार्वजनिक शौचालय बनाउने भनेको छ । उपत्यकामा अहिले भएका शौचालयसमेत व्यवस्थित नभएको बेलामा महानगरपालिकाले नयाँ स्मार्ट शौचालय बनाउने बताएको हो । कतिपयले काठमाण्डौ जस्तो ठाउँमा यति धेरैको सङ्ख्यामा शौचालय बनाउनु चुनौतीपूर्ण हुने बताएका छन् । यस्तै स्मार्ट शौचालय निर्माणको लागि आवश्यक जग्गा, पानीलगायतको अभावको समस्या पनि उपत्यकामा छन् । तर महानगरपालिकाले भने चाहने हो भने बनाउन सकिन्छ भन्दै आएको छ ।
