A follow up meeting with PACT Committee members was organised on 21 July, 2017 with an objective to build coordination among the PACT Committee members and to discuss on the implementation approach of activities under Rain Community project.

GUTHI suggested them to coordinate and conduct meetings regularly to discuss the progress of rainwater harvesting system and to identify problems encountered in the process. The students requested the teachers and authority to continue the Eco-club and Rain Club to enhance extra-curricular skills.

Since the school has Parent's Association (PA), Ms. Binda Shrestha agreed to relay information discussed in PACT committee meeting to the PA. She also agreed to bring suggestions from other parents.

It was agreed that the PACT committee members would organise meeting according to the need observed and to make decisions concerning the Rain Community’s activities.
